Villa Bordeaux offers six suites with private terraces and either a hot tub or a plunge pool overlooking the caldera. The Aqua Suite includes a private hammam, while the Terra Suite features a separate seating room and a plunge pool. Restaurant La Colline, housed in a prominent historical building, is led by a Michelin-starred French chef. The menu includes Greek, French, and grill/bbq cuisine, all served with views over the caldera and volcanic islets.
